Job Description

About the Role:

As a Salesforce Developer at SPAL IT Solutions, you will be responsible for developing high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, build custom applications, and maintain scalable code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

• Work with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and follow best development practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, QA, BA) to deliver end-to-end features.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of applications.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning (LWC).

• Experience with Salesforce customization and configuration.

• Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns (API/Web Services).

• Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin).

• Experience with DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.

• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
