About the Role:

At SPAL IT Solutions, we're seeking a talented Pega Developer who can deliver high-quality business process management (BPM) solutions using the Pega platform. You will play a key role in requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, and support of Pega applications across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Pega applications, flows, activities, agents, and reports.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Implement best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to standards.

• Integrate Pega with external systems using services and connectors.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.

• Support deployment and post-go-live operations.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC 8.x and above.

• Strong knowledge of case management, flows, UI, data pages, and rules.

• Experience in Pega integration (SOAP/REST services, Connectors, etc.).

• Familiarity with Pega deployment and DevOps pipeline tools.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Pega CSA or CSSA certification.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Experience with cloud-hosted Pega environments.
